Our colon is home to millions bacterias that are essential for our digestion. In simple words, bacterias eat food that we give to them and produce elements that human body needs, such as vitamins.

There are healthy and pathogenic bacterias. The proportion of them affects how healthy we are. While healthy bacterias are our hardworking friends that support our digestion, pathogenic bacterias produce elements that are poisonous.

Bacterias need constant support to live. By choosing food we chose what bacterias we feed. Healthy bacterias mostly feed on dietary fibres. This are different fruits and vegetables. Pathogenic bacterias prefer protein and processed sugars.

People are continuously consuming poisonous species while finding new ways to explain their addictions. 

People are breaking their instincts, like their smell that tell them what food to avoid, in favour of the destructive fashion. This is a bad play as our health is not the game. Poisonous food that is addictive like truffles not only affects our mental state, they poison our nerve system and our blood. This food contains neurotoxins that kill our brain cells and manipulate our senses. 

In addition, by teaching our body to love the poison, people are breaking their defence system and changing their natural reactions. Later when they need this defence they won’t have it. They are changing their instincts in a way that is killing them. 

Be careful with what you eat. Fashion is a bad nutrition advisor. The majority of products that are in trend are in reality not that great for our health.
